Parking Info
Please allow extra time when arriving be car, and consider using public transportation. Parking near the Music Box is limited. Southport is a metered parking street. Meters run from 9am - 9pm Mon-Sat and 10am - 8pm on Sun. Neighboring streets are available for parking before 6pm (some streets are permit–parking only after 6pmPlease read signs carefully). Free street parking is available on and west of Ashland Ave (2 blocks West of the theatre) and north of Irving Park.
BLAINE PARKING LOT: Parking is available at Blaine Elementary located at 1420 W Grace St, Chicago, IL , or just North of the theatre on Southport. The lot there costs $10 and takes exact change or rcedit cards.
VALET PARKING: The Music Box has a valet relationship with Black and White Valet Services. Thursday through Saturday nights and for special events, a Valet Service will be provided for $10 to $15 at the Blue Bayou restaurant (located across the street)
